Inside the Expo grounds, the joint pavilions of China's 31 provinces and municipalities, as well as pavilions of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, represent China's diverse nationalities, conditions, and customs. Together with the national pavilion, they represent "Chinese wisdom in urban development."
