Zhang Zhiqiang, a craftsman from Taicang City shows off his skills.  

A paper work mocking the flagship of Chinese explorer Zheng He in Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), who explored the India Ocean.

The week also includes a series of folk art performance as well as unique craftsmanship such as straw paste-up and wood carving.

Visitors touring the Suzhou Pavilion during the week will get pamphlets and coupons including a guidebook on the city and a Taicang tourism card.

  A red sandal wood woodcarving depicting a dragon boat, which was usually Chinese emperor’s water residence in ancient times.
