A unique group wedding in the Tang dynasty traditional style was held in Xi'an, capital of northwest China's Shaanxi Province on Jan. 18. A total of 17 pairs of couples wearing costumes from the Tang dynasty (618-907) participated in the marriage ceremony with an "emperor" as a chief witness.
