Boiled Spinach with Sesame
Ingredients: 500g of fresh spinach; 15g of sesame; proper amount of salt, sesame oil and monosodium glutamate.
Recipe: Clean the spinach and remove the roots. Put it into boiling water and then pull it out and dry it. Cut it into pieces. Then add some salt, sesame oil and monosodium glutamate. Stir evenly. Finally spread sesame on the spinach pieces.

Stirred Tofu with Green Peppers
Ingredients: a piece of tofu; 3 green peppers; 10g of coriander; proper amount of salt, sesame oil and monosodium glutamate.
Recipe: Heat the tofu with boiling water and then dry it. Cut it into small cubes. Scald the peppers with boiling water and cut them up. Mince the coriander. Put the tofu cubes, pepper and coriander on a plate. Add some salt, sesame oil and monosodium glutamate and stir evenly. Then it’s done.
