  R3: Local and national government bodies, as well as individuals from the community, propose safeguarding measures designed to reinforce and develop recent and current efforts to which the State and the community are committed in order to ensure the element’s viability;

R4: The support of the State for the nomination is complemented by the consent of the communities and practitioners;

R5: The element is inscribed on the National List of Intangible Cultural Heritage administered by the Department of Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Ministry of Culture.
