Chinese actor, director, stage designer and producer JIANG Wen was first known in China for his part in the television series Pekingese in New York (1992), which led him to become one of the most successful actors of his generation. JIANG has also played parts in Hibiscus Town (1984), Black Snow (1990), The Emperor’s Shadow (1996) and The Soong Sisters (1997).
