Universal Prayer Festival
( 2005-10-27 )

The Universal Prayer Festival is celebrated on the 15th of the fifth Tibetan month.

It is called "Zamling Chisang" in Tibetan, meaning "Universal Incense Offering Day." The event is to commemorate Padmasambhava's Subjugation of evil spirits.
