12. When two family members will go out in reverse directions, they should not leave at the same time. Rather they should go out at different times.
13. Women should not wash and do up their hair at night. Neither should they go out with hair disheveled.
14. When using a broom and dustpan, do not give them to another person directly. Instead, put them down on the floor, and let the other person pick them up.
15. When guests like relatives and friends drop by with ghee (clear butter) or Qingke, do not drain your glass when guests leave. Always leave a little or exchange some with your own present for the guests.
16. Do not use jagged or rimose (full of cracks) bowls for dinner or for guests.
17. Eating donkeys, horses, and dogs are forbidden. In some places fish is also forbidden.
18. Don't make sounds or take mouthfuls when eating or drinking.
19. Don't spit or clap hands behind others.
20. Don't step over Buddhist musical instruments or fire pans.
