Green Pine Stone Bronze Accessory

 

The shield shaped bronze ware relic with green pine stones of Xia Dynasty (2100-1600BC) was excavated in 1984 in Yanshi Erlitou Site. It is almost an accessory because it was found on the decedent’s chest. It’s the first enchased bronze ware found so far.

Four Sheep Square Bronze Vessel

 

It was excavated in Ningxiang, Hunan province in 1938. It was made in the Shang Dynasty (14th-11th century B.C.) and is 58.6 centimeters in height, and weighs 34.6 kilograms.

Its sheep and dragons decoration was one of the early types in the Shang dynasty. It is a wine vessel.
