Wenzhou, Zhejiang province
With the mountains looking like a dipper and the city seeming as a lock, Wenzhou in Zhejiang province was designed by Guopu, a famous writer in the Eastern Jin Dynasty (317-420). According to the chevron and the relief, he designed the city, together with 64 springs and five ponds. Wenzhou is relatively closed, which is said to have the good feng shui and can avoid the war.
