Tsinghua University

Best time to enjoy:the beginning of November

Recommendation index:★ ★

Site:There is a small stone bridge on the campus and a row of Ginkgo trees lining the riverside.

Entering the south gate of Tsinghua University, you will step on an avenue and meet an intersection. Located at the west side of the intersection is a Gingko tree-lined road. Autumn wind sweeps the road with its magic painting skills and the road becomes the Walk of “Romance”.

Either strolling during the sunset or riding past the avenue, the fallen leaves will rustle in the breeze, impressing the students with extreme serenity and romantic air.

Another site for Ginkgo tree watching is the No. 5 dormitory. The fallen golden leaves spread all over the courtyard, embracing the natural poetry and withering exuberance.

In the late morning, bright sunshine starts to glitter and the environment stays in extreme placidity. A walk around the courtyard would be most enjoyable to feel the nice touch created by the magical autumn. The sea of golden leaves dominates your sight, bringing home the very serenity that almost disappears in the clamorous city.

The cleaners are industrious in leaf-sweeping so this kind of perfect scenery may only be a legend in memory.

Transportation:Take bus 355, 355, 375, 375, 628 110, 749 and get off the Qinghua East Gate station. Or take subway Line 13, get off at Wudaokou station, walk 10 minutes west to the destination .
