A series of online and offline cultural activities organized by the China Cultural Center in Sydney, including a live streamed concert and an online exhibition of daily objects from the Han and Tang dynasties, opened Saturday and will run until Oct 5.

Working with Australia media product provider Blueonline, the center invited musicians to perform Chinese folk music on Saturday.

The exhibition, which opens Thursday and runs to Nov 15 with the support of the Culture and Tourism Department of Northwest China's Shaanxi province, showcases 83 sets of recovered daily utensils from ancient China.

From Monday to Oct 5, an online event, Mid-Autumn Festival: A Moon Moment to Remember, is to be launched globally to celebrate the festival.

The event centers on inheritance of Mid-Autumn Festival, integrating activities such as online exhibitions and concerts, short video displays, streaming and mini training classes.
