Taiwan singer-songwriter Ball Chuang, a former member of indie pop duo, katncandix2, is touring seven Chinese cities, including Guangzhou, Xiamen and Shenzhen, from Dec 15 to 24 in support of her new album, Best Ear.

Inspired by Swedish author, Maria Ernestam’s Buster’s Ears, which tells the story of a mother and a daughter, the songs written by Chuang are guitar-driven beats and narrative lyrics, portraying her stories with her family and friends.

Starting as a street artist, Chuang rose to fame in 2007 as the singer-songwriter of indie pop duo katncandix2, which was nominated for Best Vocal Duo at the 24 th Golden Melody Awards in 2010.

In 2017, she released her debut album, Towards the Stars.
